Ekstrand Verksted is located on the Telemark coast between Kristiansand and Oslo – and is strategically located at the entrance to the Port of Grenland, one of the country’s busiest shipyards. Ekstrand Verksted was established in 1928 and today has over 30 employees divided into the professional groups sheet metal workers, welders, mechanics and CNC operators.
At our facility at Ekstrand we find:
- 1000 m² production hall with 90 tons lifting capacity and 14 m height under crane hook
- 400 m² well-equipped machining and repair workshop
- 120 m long, 5 m deep quay with crane 27 tons lifting capacity
- 400 ton floating crane
